Melissa brings over 15 years of healthcare experience, including 12 years in Family Medicine as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, where she provided compassionate, hands-on care in a fast-paced clinical setting. Her strong foundation in patient care and provider support shaped her commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered experiences.

In 2023, Melissa transitioned into clinical research, where she now serves as a Clinical Research Coordinator. She is passionate about advancing medicine by helping bring new treatments to patients while ensuring studies are conducted safely and effectively. Melissa values the unique role research plays in bridging innovative science with everyday patient care and enjoys building meaningful relationships with both patients and multidisciplinary teams.
