Malahlani Readis

Maliahlani brings a strong foundation in both patient care and clinical research. She began her healthcare career as a medical scribe, spending two years supporting physicians in hematology/oncology and primary care. In this role, she developed extensive clinical knowledge, refined her medical documentation skills, and gained experience working with diverse patient populations.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Arizona State University, Maliahlani transitioned into clinical research. She began her research career in nephrology, coordinating medical device clinical trials and developing expertise in study management, regulatory compliance, participant recruitment, and patient-centered care.
Passionate about advancing medicine through research, Maliahlani is dedicated to ensuring every study participant receives compassionate, high-quality care while contributing to the development of innovative treatments and therapies. She takes pride in supporting clinical research that helps improve patient outcomes and expand future healthcare options.
Outside of work, Maliahlani enjoys reading, practicing yoga, and spending quality time with her family and dog.
