Dorothy "Deedee" Keeler, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about building lasting relationships with patients and delivering personalized, patient-centered care. An Arizona native and proud U.S. Navy veteran, Deedee brings a unique combination of military service, emergency medicine experience, and compassionate primary care to every patient encounter.
Before entering family practice, Deedee served eight years in the United States Navy and spent seven years as an Emergency Department nurse in a busy Arizona hospital system. Working in emergency medicine strengthened her ability to assess complex health concerns, make informed clinical decisions under pressure, and provide calm, reassuring care during challenging situations. Today, those same skills help her identify underlying health issues and guide patients through their healthcare journey with confidence.
Deedee is also passionate about advancing healthcare through clinical research. She believes research plays a vital role in developing new treatment options and expanding opportunities for patients who may not have found success with existing therapies. As a healthcare provider, she values being both a trusted resource and a strong advocate for her patients, helping them navigate healthcare decisions with confidence and understanding. Her commitment to research reflects her dedication to staying at the forefront of medicine and contributing to better outcomes for future generations of patients.
Outside of the clinic, Deedee enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She is also an avid weightlifter and wellness advocate who practices the healthy lifestyle habits she encourages her patients to adopt, bringing both personal experience and professional expertise to her guidance.
